Hi, I’m Katie Dove, a Senior Visual Designer based in Colorado with over 15 years of experience in marketing and product design. I thrive at the intersection of storytelling and experience—bringing brands to life visually while ensuring seamless, user-centered design.
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with brands like Clif Bar, ChildLife Essentials, Charlotte’s Web, Teatulia, and Theo Chocolate, as well as working in-house at companies such as New Hope Network, Natural Product Insider, and Informa. Currently, I’m a Senior Visual Designer at Pearson, where I lead initiatives in design thinking, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
At Pearson, I created and scaled the Modern Design System, establishing best practices in accessibility, component development, and championing design system adoption. One of my standout projects involved implementing design tokens and theme switching—enhancing UI consistency, improving workflow efficiency, and streamlining collaboration across teams.
Before Pearson, I served as the Senior Design Manager at Informa, specializing in Health & Nutrition. There, I built and led the Content Marketing Design team, expanding it from one to five creatives. Together, we successfully scaled the Content Marketing Business to 50+ clients annually, delivering high-quality, targeted programs that drove engagement and brand awareness.
My career is rooted in wellness and mission-driven businesses, with a focus on design strategy, brand storytelling, and accessibility. I’m passionate about integrating my love for people, the planet, and purpose-driven brands into solutions that inspire action and social change.
